C17 timber-framed and plastered building on an L shaped plan with a gabled
wing extending to the south. Renovated. The main block is one storey and
attics and the wing is 2 storeys and attics. The gable of the wing has
a modern date panel with the date 1629. Modern casement windows. Roof
tiled, with 2 gabled dormers on the north side and one on the south side.
There is a tall rectangular chimney stack to the main block. The south
wing gable has original bargeboards. (RCHM 39).
