Public house. Mainly C18 with earlier origins. Cruck-framed with brick facade.
Thatched roof with C20 brick stack to end. One storey plus attic; 3-window
range. On ground storey, to centre right, a C20 plank door. C19 three-light
casement to centre, with C20 casements to right. Two C19 dormer casements to
roof. C20 brick extension to rear. Interior: partitions and screens removed;
some original beams with chamfers and stops. One cruck blade remaining to
centre. Large C20 wing to rear is not of special architectural interest.
