Farmhouse. Late mediaeval origins, C17 extensions, dated B/TE/1698. Rubble,
double roman tile roofs. Former open hall, raised and extended, now L-plan
with porch in re-entrant angle. 2½, 2 and 1½ storeys, each gabled elevation
has 1 or 2 windows those to earlier south block are ovolo moulded mullioned
windows under drips (upper floors renewed), north block and porch have
transmullioned windows with moulded lintels, similar windows at return and
rear; 2 storey gabled porch, moulded door frame, tiny bullseye with hood
mould. Interior: ogee moulded and chamfered beams and door frames, winder
stair, dog-leg stair with turned balusters, raised crucks over former hall.
