House. Circa 1760. Sandstone rubble with ashlar dressings, some tooled;
concrete-tiled roof with stone gable coping at right, and rendered chimney. 2
storeys, 3 bays, the first narrow. Partly-glazed door at left in wide stone
surround with square head under relieving arch; late C19 sashes, tripartite
in second bay, in raised stone surrounds. Roof has curved kneeler supporting
gable coping; chimneys at left end, at front between second and third bays, and
external stack on right gable.
