House. Early C19. Sandstone ashlar with plinth and quoins; Welsh slate roof
with yellow brick chimney on rendered plinth. 2 storeys, 2 windows. Raised
stone surrounds to hardboard-covered passage door at left and 6-panel door to
right of centre; similar surrounds and projecting stone sills to plain sashes
at right and on first floor; taller paired sashes at left on ground floor have
flat stone lintel and projecting stone sill. Cast-iron gutter brackets at eaves.
Ridge chimney to right of centre. Included for group value.
