Early Cl9. Stuccoed with wide eaves and hipped slate roof. 3 storeys. 5 windows
centre bay advanced. Band at 1st floor, wide eaves band and cornice, pilasters
between 1st and 2nd floor windows and connecting bands between producing a geometric
design on facade. Side facade has 3 windows - barred sashes, main facade has unbarred
sashes, all windows with architraves. Main entrance advanced with cornice above.
