3 houses, with one shop. Early C19. Coursed squared sandstone with plinth and
ashlar dressings; quoins at right are remnant of previous house on that site.
Welsh slate roof over Nos. 12 and 14 at left; No. 10 has stone-flagged roof
with stone gable coping. New brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 wide bays. Plain
stone surrounds to renewed doors at left of No. 14 and paired between Nos. 10
and 12. 3-light shop window in No. 12 has round-headed lights, slender pilasters
and cornice. Sashes, some with glazing bars, have flat stone lintels and
projecting stone sills. Some windows damaged and property empty at time of
survey. Included for group value.
