Farmhouse. Third quarter of C18. squared sandstone rubble with ashlar quoins
and dressings; stone-flagged roof with ashlar chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 windows.
Central 6-panel door, top panels glazed, in wide flat stone surround; flat
stone lintels and sills to mid C20 sashes. End chimneys. Return gables each
have one small square attic window; rear one-storey one-bay well-house attached.

Interior: large chamfered beam in left ground-floor room, one end above window;
wood fire beam. Heavy entrance door. H and L hinges. Ramped narrow handrail
on plain stair balustrade.
