Barn. Probably late C16, altered C19 and C20. Timber-frame clad in weather-
board with plain tile roof. 3 bays with central cart entry. South front:
double board door to cart entry; hatch to right bay; left bay concreted
up to mid rail. Rear: cart entry infilled. Right return: old board stable
door on left; C20 board door on right; 4 rectangular openings in gable,
3 louvred; weatherboarding to upper right-hand part is older.

Interior: right bay now divided off. The framing comprises sole plate,
(partly renewed); mid rail; wall plate; closely-spaced broad studs (some
replaced): large-scantling, heavily-jowelled wall posts with arched braces
to wall plate and to tiebeams; queen post roof trusses; wind braces; side
purlins; broad rafters.
