Row of three houses. Probably C17 origins extended in C18. C20 extensions to rear.
Stone rubble with ashlar Polyphant stone and granite dressings. Rag slate roofs with
gable ends. Rendered stone rubble axial and end stacks.
Plan: No 1 on left has a 2-room and cross or through passage plan with entrance to
left of centre. Small room on left and larger room on right, both heated by end
stacks. No 2 has a two room and cross passage plan with hall-kitchen on right,
heated by end stack and small unheated room on left. C20 extension to rear. No 3
has a two room and cross or through passage plan with larger room on right heated by
end stack.
Exterior: Two storeys. Asymmetrical 3:2:2 window front. No 1 to left has C20 PVC
windows in earlier openings. C20 porch to left of centre. The two windows to right
have granite lintels. 3 PVC windows on first floor. No 2 has dressed stone arches
to the ground floor openings. Entrance to left of centre with C19 door flanked by
small C19 1-light casement to left and 3-light casement to right. Two circa C19 2-
light casements on first floor. No 3 has a circa C19 door slightly to left of centre
with circa C19 2-light and 3-light casements flanking entrance. Roughly cut granite
lintels. C19 2-light and 3-light casements on first floor.
