4/34 Trewinnow Farmhouse
II
Farmhouse. Circa 1870s. Stone rubble with granite quoins and brick dressings to
openings. Slate roof with hipped ends and deep overhanging eaves. Rendered brick end
and axial stacks.
Plan: Double depth plan with central entrance. Two principal rooms on front with
dairy to rear left and kitchen to rear right. Second entrance in right hand side,
probably leading directly into the kitchen.
Excterior: Two storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front. Central C19 panelled door
flanked by two C19 16-pane sashes with brick surrounds. 3 similar sashes on first
floor.
Interior: Not inspected.
Site of earlier farmhouse directly to rear.
