Offices, formerly house. Early C19. Stuccoed with ground floor incised lines
to imitate masonry. Hipped slate roof with central stuccoed chimneystack. 3
storeys and attics; 6 windows. 2nd floor has 9-pane sashes, 1st floor has
12-pane sashes and ground floor has 15-pane sashes. Band between ground and 1st
floors. Side elevations have 1 cambered dormers with 6-pane sash and 1 sash and
2 blanks. Attached on either side are pavilions of a late C20 building for
Fidelity International which does not form part of the listing. The interior
contains entrance hall with 4 Tuscan coloured 4 marble fireplaces and staircase
with stick balusters and mahogany handrail.
