Mid C16. Four bay central smoke bay house. Two storeys timber-framed with square
framing and painted brick infilling. Tiled roof with early 017 chimneystack. Three
casement windows. Later gabled weather porch. Stair turret in rear outshot. One
diamond mullioned window remains on the back wall. Upright posts have jowls. (See

of Charlwood Houses" p 90).
