Farmhouse, late C16 with early C19 alterations. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and
rendered with areas of pargetting. Thatched roof with axial chimneys of red
brick. 3-light small-pane C19 and C20 casements. Early C19 6-panel entrance
door. The central 2-cell section late C16 with substantial unmoulded framing;
wind-braced side-purlin roof. A small timber-framed cell to left, possibly
earlier, with thatched gabled 2-storey staircase wing of c.1600. A parlour
cell added early C19 to right and a dairy with cheeseloft over to left.
