Late C18 to early to mid C19. 2 storeys. Slate roof. Stuccoed front. Garden
front to east of 3 window bays. On 1st floor, a sash window with glazing bars
to either end; splayed 3-light bay window in centre. On ground floor, sash window
with glazing bars in centre; door to either end; modern 1-storey addition at
left hand end. In south return, 2 sash windows on 1st floor. In west facing
front to road, tall narrow sash window with glazing bars; a flight of 5 steps
flanked by iron handrail leads up to a planked porch; half-glazed door with 2
flush panels.

Westfield ,Undercliff, Theos Cottage and Nos 6 & 7, Cobb Road together with all the
listed buildings in Cobb Terrace form a group.
