Mid C19 probably. 2 storeys and attic. 2 window bays. Gabled roof; one boxed
dormer. Stuccoed front. Sash windows 3 panes wide in reveals above. Plate
glass shop front to left hand on ground floor. Doorway with architrave frame
to right hand; 4 panelled door with top 2 panels cut away and glazed. Passageway
through ground floor at right hand end with steps leading down to River Lim.
Later block to left hand of 2-storeys, 2 window bays; later C19 sashes above;
modern shop front on ground floor.

Nos 1 to 4 (consec) and The Conservative Club, Coombe Street form a group.
