Mid Cl+ probably. 3 storeys. 2 window bays. Stuccoed front. Parapet. On 1st
and 2nd floors, sash windows without glazing bars to left hand; to right hand,
on 1st and 2nd floors, 3-light splayed bay with glazing bars to each light.
On ground floor, round-headed doorway with chamfered jamb to either end, semi-circular
fanlights, left hand one with wrought iron grille before it; glazed door to left
hand, plain wood door to right hand. Plate glass restaurant window.

Nos 45 to 65 (consec) form a group.
