GV II

House; third quarter of C18 with late C18 additions. Painted render with plinth;
Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks and stone gable coping; wood gutter
brackets. L-plan. 2 storeys, 3 windows, the 2 left on ground floor in large
bowed projection; long canopy on posts from bow across front of house. Renewed
6-panel door with sidelights in centre of 3 right bays; tripartite sashes in
bays flanking door and 12-pane sashes above door and in other bays, those in
bow curved under rendered stone lintels. Roof has pineapple finials on gable
feet; chimneys at ends and between second and third bays. Right return has
blocked door, and one Yorkshire sliding sash on each floor.

Interior: 6-panel doors, older in right part of house and with panelled reveal
between second and third bays at left; 2-panel doors at rear and on first floor;
some original door catches; panelled left wall in main bedroom; some panelled
cupboards on first floor.
