Formerly 2 dwellings. Predominantly early to mid C19, though one early C18 window.
Deeply coursed millstone grit. Stone slate roof. Two storeys. North elevation: near
central doorway. Earlier doorway to left is blocked. One 3-light stone mullioned
window with raised sill (possibly more recent). To right is 4-light double chamfered
stone mullioned window (one mullion removed). To first floor are 4 single light
windows. South elevation: modernised.
