Farmhouse, now a house. C17, remodelled early C19 and c1990.
Painted roughcast over rubblestone, crested slate roof hipped
to the left with brick stack to right gable end. 3-unit plan.
2 storeys; 4-window range. C20 three-light casement windows,
door and hood. INTERIOR remodelled c1990.
HISTORY: John Atkins at Higher Woodcombe had 21 acres newly
enclosed in 1822. Woodcombe was mentioned in the C14.
