House, now college. Circa 1840. Yellow brick with rendered details;
gable fronted slate roof; one brick ridge chimney and another to right.
2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows. Bays defined by pilasters (double
in centre of gabled wing). Entered from the left side through plain
rendered porch in centre of a 3-window range. Earlham Road facade has
canted ground-floor bay to left with wooden cornice. All windows have
sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. 2 first-floor
rendered balconies on decorative brackets. Pediment above rendered
cornice has tripartite attic window. Parapet to right bay and to left
side elevation.
