House and attached cottage. Early C19 with later alteration and extension.
Dressed sandstone to front and left, rendered to right gable wall and rear;
pantile roof; brick stacks. Central stairhall house; direct-entry plan
cottage with rear extension to right. 2-storey, 2-window front to house;
single window front to cottage. C20 board door with overlight to both house
and cottage. 16-pane sashes with painted sills and lintels to house. 3-
light square-lattice windows with plain lintels and sills to cottage. End
left and centre right stacks.
