Town house with later shop. c1830. Stucco; rag slate roof with
projecting front eaves; rendered stack on left. Cast-iron ogee
gutters. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 2-window range.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes. Ground floor has early C20
double shop front with plate glass including slightly bowed
glass to return lights, flanking splayed doorway with glazed
door with overlight, original fascia obscured by C20 fascia
except at far right where there is a stepped fascia and
moulded cornice over house doorway, with engaged column on its
right, surmounted by arched fascia stop, and with
lozenge-patterned overlight over C20 door. INTERIOR of shop
altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
