Town house. C18. Painted rubble front; steep dry Delabole
slate roof. Deep plan including deep wing at right-angles to
rear. 2 storeys; 2-window front. Timber lintels over late C19
four-pane sashes to 1st floor and ground floor left;
ground-floor lintel is continuous and runs over central
doorway with 4-panel door within moulded wooden architrave.
Mid C19 shop front has canted 4-pane shop window with 2-pane
sidelights and fascia with moulded entablature which also
forms shallow porch to top-glazed door on the right. At far
right are the projecting rusticated stucco quoins of a former
house. INTERIOR not inspected
