Small town house. c1805. By John Barker, builder. Local
freestone ashlar front, asbestos slate roof with brick end
stacks. Double-depth plan with 1 room at the front. 2 storeys;
2-window-range front. Plinth; round-arched doorway, on the
left, with 6-panel door and traceried fanlight. Shallow
cambered arches with projecting keyblocks over original
hornless sashes with glazing bars except for later 4-pane
horned sash to first floor, right. INTERIOR not inspected but
likely to be of interest.
