GV II

Three houses. Early C19. Red Flemish-bond brickwork and Welsh
slate gabled roof. No.47 has pebbledashed front elevation.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and 3 similar units with No.48 projecting
forward slightly. Projecting brick courses at eaves and stack
on NW wall of each unit and that to No.48 rebuilt. The second
floor of each unit has a recessed square double-hung sash
window, with 2 vertical glazing bars under a rubbed brick
arch. First floors have one double-hung sash with small panes.
Ground floor has one similar shallower double-hung sash with
small panes and iron grille in front of lower part of Gothick
trefoil-headed arches. Doors with semicircular-arch brick
heads and plaster tympanum. INTERIOR not inspected.
