An early C19 terrace of 5 houses, 3 storeys and basement, stucco rusticated
ground floor treatment, string at 1st floor level, Nos 12 and 19 are recessed
with composite piers at the outer angles and 2 engaged composite columns between
the windows. An entablature runs the whole length of the terrace with balustradin
pierced over windows. Slate mansard roof. Each house has 2 dormer windows,
3 square windows on the 2nd floor. Nos 12 aft have 3 tall French windows
with architrave and cornice arid contemporary cast iran balconies, 2 arched windows
to right hand on ground floor and 1 arched doorway to left hand.Nos 13 and
14 each have arched windows on 1st floor with moulded caps to piers, architrave
carried round arch and French casement windows. A continuous balcony similar
to that of Nos 12 and 15 is carried across the 2 houses, site ground floor windows
are rectangular, thos of No 13 have no glazing bars. The arched doors are grouped
in centre. All the doors have a large single panel and the fanlights have concentric
glazing.No 16 has a rounded corner flanked by pilasters on the upper floors,
1 3-light sash window on upper floors facing Park Street. 1st floor has similar
balcony. 1 window on curved portion. The ground floor has door of similar
design to the left hand and a shop with plate glass windows, The corner is
recessed with 2 Doric columns and plain window.

Black Lion Yard, Nos 20 to 24 (consec), Archway to Royal Mews,Nos 29 to 35 (consec).
Cambridge Lodge, Cambridge Gate and Park Street Gate form a group.
