Surviving part of larger house. C17. Painted rubble with
timber lintels; steep dry slate roof with original clay ridge
tile of horse, possibly originally with ridge similar to that
on roof of the Jolly Sailer Inn (qv), Princes Square No.4
(Chubbs House) (qv), The Bay East Looe (qv), rear lateral
brick stack on left. Single-depth plan plus later rear
outshut, the left-hand part of the house was demolished in the
C20. Two storeys; 1-window range with C20 16-pane 2-light
casements to projecting bay on the right; doorway to blind bay
on the left; C20 V-jointed planked door. INTERIOR: not
inspected.
