GV II

House. Early C19. Stucco with stone dressings, party wall
stack, roof not visible. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys and
basement; 1-window range. Parapeted with a right-hand
round-arched doorway beneath an open pediment on small
brackets, a fanlight with round and margin glazing bars to a
C20 six-panel door. Late C20 3/3-pane sashes. INTERIOR not
inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached wrought-iron hand
rail to entrance steps. Included for group value.
