Architect Ernest Newton. Early C2O. Asymmetrical. 2 storeys brown brick with
red brick dressings. Hipped tiled roof with brick chimneystacks. 2 modern
dormers and central roughcast gable with decoration around the edges. 4 windows
to the front elevation, 1 being a bay through 2 storeys. Left side elevation
also has a canted bay through all floors. Original doorcase, now blocked,
has a terracotta surround.

Holne Chase, Copley Dene and Parkmore form a group.
