Pair of houses. 1856. Brick with stucco dressings; slate roof
with brick cross-axial and end stacks. Georgian style. 3
storeys; symmetrical 5-window range. Brick end pilasters and
top brick frieze and stucco cornice. Central segmental-headed
entrance with cast-iron gates and flanking entrances with
Doric pilasters and Tuscan entablatures, overlights, one
retaining margin lights, to 2-fielded-panel doors. Windows
have sills, plastered reveals, and rusticated wedge lintels
with keys over 12-pane sashes, but 2nd floor has 6-pane
sashes. Rear has modillioned brick cornice and 2 gabled wings.
