Detached house. Early C19. Stucco with pilasters at angles.
Slate and partly felted roof with gabled dormers and brick
slab end stacks. 2 storeys and attics. 3 windows. Centre bay
slightly projecting with Tuscan porch; double-panelled doors
with overlight. Original 15-pane sashes; ground floor with
extra opening above lowest panes. Cornice and blocking course.
Central bay continues to form large pedimented dormer with
single sash. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached flanking screen walls with blind entrances (that to
right incorporating a window) and parapet upswept to house.
