Shops and dwellings. C18 front to earlier core. Stucco to
timber-frame; C20 plain tile roof with front pitch raised C18;
central brick ridge stack. 2-unit plan. 3-storeys; 4-window
range; 6/6 sashes in beaded cases; cast-iron window-box guard,
to far left; 3/6 sashes over. Late C18 shopfront to left, with
central C19 half-glazed 2-panel door and ornamental overlight,
glazing-bars and reeded pilasters. C20 shopfront to right.
Right return to Fish Street has deep jetty to first floor, on
chamfered brackets. 2-storey wing to rear continues jetty; C20
lights and casements; roughcast C19 stack; end bay has massive
framing with battened main-post having moulded capital and
chamfered dragon-beam. Rear gable continues jetty, with late
C19, 2/2 sash to first floor, and casement in gable.
Sill-beam, on brick plinth, cut by C19 stable-door, flanked by
C20 lights; C18 light and sliding sash over. No.11: rendered
gable of plain tiled wing visible to rear.
