Arc lamp post. Designed 1898. By HF Proctor. Cast-iron. A wide
moulded base with foliate bulb below a shaft with foliate top
panels bearing City arms, shaft to a foliate top turned over
into a half-circle with curly brackets to lamp. Relamped.
