Town house, now shop. Early C19. Stucco on studwork to front;
asbestos slate roof. Deep plan with pair of wings at
right-angles to rear. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Quoin strips.
Original 12-pane hornless sashes within moulded wooden
architraves to 2nd floor; late C19 bay windows with horned
2-pane sashes and moulded cornices to first floor. Ground
floor has C20 double shop front with wide doorway plus doorway
at far left with C20 door and overlight. INTERIOR: shop
altered C20, otherwise not inspected.
