Town house, now shop. Early C19. Incised stucco on studwork to
front, asbestos slate roof and rebuilt brick end stacks.
Shallow plan altered when converted to shop. 3 storeys;
2-window front with rusticated quoins, moulded hoods on
consoles over 1st floor, possibly original tripartite hornless
sashes with glazing bars and horned copies above. Ground floor
has large early C20 double shop front with pilasters, crested
consoles and moulded fascia; slender turned mullions with
Ionic capitals, dentils to transom; doorway to upper floors on
the left. INTERIOR: shop has classical style fittings,
otherwise not inspected.
