Town house. c1810. Dressed coursed local stone with granite
plinth and voussoirs and slate sills; dry Delabole slate roof
with brick end stacks on the right. Double-depth plan with
central entrance hall and 2 front reception rooms. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. Central round-arched doorway with
6-panel door within wooden doorcase with pilasters under a
spoked fanlight. C20 horned sashes with glazing bars under
shallow cambered arches with projecting key blocks. INTERIOR:
panelled shutters to left-hand room and moulded and carved
plaster ceiling cornices to front rooms, otherwise not
inspected.
