Town house, now office. Early C19. Stucco; asbestos slate
roof; cast-iron ogee gutter. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
3-window range. Late C19 four-panelled (2 glazed) door to left
set in architrave with pilasters. Cambered keyed arches over
12-pane horned sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for
group value.
