Small farmhouse and attached outbuilding. Probably C17. Render
on probable rubble and possible cob; steep dry slate roof;
large central rendered stack with brick shaft; rendered end
stack to buttressed end on the right and external lateral
stack to left-hand side of rear wing. Overall U-shaped plan
including rear wing at right angles on the left (built into
the bank on the left) and outbuilding adjoining corner of wing
and parallel at rear. 2 storeys; irregular 2-window range. C20
windows and door. Doorway at far left and window on its right
within C20 outshut. INTERIOR not inspected.
