Columbarium 75m south of crematorium
at Hedon Road Cemetery

GV II

Columbarium. 1899, with various C20 additions. Irregular
masses of tufa, brick and concrete, mostly rendered, arranged
to resemble natural rock formations. Irregular plan, with
wandering central avenue approx 70m long. Inscribed tablets of
marble and granite are fixed into the rock to cover the cells.
The columbarium is complementary to the nearby crematorium.
