Detached cottage. Mid C17, altered late C18. Flint and limestone,
thatched roof, gable end brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-window;
casements. Six-panelled door in beaded case with gabled porch to
right of centre, 3-light segmental-headed casement either side.
First floor has three 3-light segmental-headed casements. Coped
verges. Left return is banded flint and stone; 2-light ovolo-
moulded casement to first floor, diamond leaded casement to attic.
Right return has single-light casement to first floor. Rear has
outshut to left, C19 flint and brick extension with double Roman
tiled roof.
Interior retains deep chamfered beam with bar stops, open fireplace
with chamfered lintel on chamfered stone jambs, planked doors with
strap hinges, east room has late C18 Adam-style fireplace with
damaged ornament.
