Cottage aligned along road. Late C16-early C17. Timber framed on
sarsen sill, colourwashed wattle and daub, and brick infilling.
Thatched roof. Single storey and attic. Three bays, with central
narrow living hall and parlour to rear of large stack to west, and
longitudinally divided inner rooms to right. Original entrance
position not determined, present access through C20 lean-to at rear
of right bay. Framing 2 panels high with straight corner braces.
Paned timber windows. Roof hipped.
