Barn. C17. Timber frame with wattle and daub infill. Rendered. Steeply
pitched corrugated asbestos roof. 4 bays with gabled midstrey towards house,
double doors opposite midstrey. Interior: studding with mid rails and arched
bracing in walling; jowled posts with arched braces to cambered tie beams;
queen struts to cambered collars to principal rafters, lower butt purlins;
upper purlins are clasped by collars and halved principal rafters, cranked
windbraces to upper purlins. Spring Farmhouse is not listable.
