Detached cottage. Mid-C17 single storey with late C18 2-storey
addition to west. C17 part is timber-framed with brick nogging, 2-
storey part to right is Flemish bond brick, tiled roofs with brick
stacks. One and 2-storey, 3-window front. Half-glazed door to
right with one 2-light casement to left, left part has two 2-light
casements. First floor of right part has one 2-light casement.
Right return has C20 door and casements to ground and first floors.
Left return is timber-framed, with tension braces to tie beam,
blocked circular window to attic.
Interior not inspected, but said to have chamfered beams with
ovolo stops and first floor timber-framed partition.
