Two cottages. Early/mid C18, later C18 bay to left. Knapped flint with brick quoins and dressings; Flemish bond brick to left; half-hipped old tile roof; brick ridge and inserted right end stacks. Two extended to three-unit plan. Two storeys; three-window range. Right range has segmental brick arch over blocked door; flat brick arches over early C19 three-light casements with Gothic heads to right, and three-light leaded casement over C20 three-light casement to left; raised storey band. Left bay has segmental brick arches over C20 door and window. C20 outshut with entry to right side wall. Iron and leaded casements to rear.

Interior: chamfered beams. Collar-truss roof. No.62 to left not inspected.
