Circa 1840-50. 2 storeys red brick with yellow brick dressings, painted
to sides and rear. L plan. Half hipped slate roof and gable end slate
roof to wing. Eaves fascia cut in trefoil pattern and similar bargeboards
to gable ends. 2 window front to Station Road, recessed marginal glazed
sashes on sill course to 1st floor, recessed sashes with glazing bars
to ground floor. Venetian shutters. The wing has one sash window facing
road and 2 to rear, all with glazing bars intact. Original lean-to conservatory
with 3 windows to front 2 to side, each of 5 narrow pivoted lights.

Gwydir Cottage, Cypress House, Nos 1 and 2 Cypress Place, Milestones and
Town House form a group with Larbi Cote on the opposite side of Station
Road.
