Detached Cottage. C18. Flint and stone walls, rendered. Brick west end wall.
Thatch roof, gabled at left hand, hipped at right hand. Brick stack at left
hand gable. 2 storeys. 2 windows, 2-light wooden casements with glazing-bars,
wooden cills, renewed C20. Front door, plank in outshut at left hand end,
C20.

Interior: doorcase stair on rear wall.
