Probably mid C19. Hammer dressed stone. Pitched slate roof. 1 coped gable
on kneelers at south end, considerably steeper than pitch of roof. Modern
stacks. 2 storeys. 4 ranges of casements with glazing bars. The King's
Arms has 1 6-panelled door.

Nos 22 to 80 (even) form a group with Nos 1 to 13 (consec) Portland Place.
