GV II

Farmhouse, now house, and adjoining boundary wall. Mid C18,
with C19 and mid C20 alterations and additions. Coursed rubble
with ashlar dressings and steep pitched concrete tile roof.
2 storeys plus garrets; 2-window range of 3-light casements
with painted stone flush mullions. Below, 2 similar windows,
flanked to right by a board door and to left by a C20
flat-roofed glazed porch. Right gable has a single-storey
lean-to addition with pantile roof. Left gable has a 2-light
wooden framed casement, and a single light garret casement.
Rear has an off-centre single casement with stone surround.
Below, to left, a 2-light casement with stone flush mullions,
and to right, a panelled door.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached boundary wall, coursed squared
rubble with half-round coping, enclosing a square garden.
