Farmhouse. Now a house. Early C18, refenestrated and with alterations,
late C19. Coursed limestone rubble and ashlar with ashlar dressings and
stone slate roofs. Coped gables, 3 gable and 2 ridge coped stone stacks.
2 storeys plus attics, 7 bays, L-plan. South front windows are C19
wooden cross casements with hood moulds. South front has an off-centre
gable with a 2-storey canted bay window with a 3-light casement on each
floor. To left, a half-glazed door and beyond, 2 casements. To right, a
recessed door and beyond, 2 casements. Above 6 casements. Above again,
main gable with a casement, flanked on either side by 2 gabled dormers.
Rear has to left a canted 2-storey C19 porch with Gothic doorway and
window above. To right, a gabled 2-storey stair turret with C19
segmental pointed stair light and a glazing bar sash above it. To right
again, a 2-storey wing with an external gable stack.
